FHA and VA Lending experts…now located in Danville!

I am pleased to report that effective in November, CMF has completed a year long quest to obtain FULL EAGLE FHA LENDING status. This is the highest level of certification, and the business model that large banks use, however we are not a large bloated bank. Just the opposite! We are a nimble mortgage banker that looks out for our clients and uses our local knowledge to help Danville area Realtors navigate the mortgage maze with ease and SPEED.

Last month our banking department closed an FHA loan in just 5 days? Why because the transaction called for it after another company dropped the ball. This happens more times than I wish to recall, but as long as I can react quick and keep the buyers in contract, that is all that matters. Most times people even pay less, even when we are working under the gun!
