Why do National Banks fear this small Mortgage Broker from Northern California?

“Our client’s needs come first, and we let no bank stand in the way of the best deal for them.”

When it comes to skills in the lending business, we are the Special Ops (Operations) of the business.  Like a Lending “S.W.A.T.” team, we are a group of highly trained professionals.  Large banks and smaller mortgage “bankers” use unlicensed and inexperienced data entry clerks who often misquote rates and screw up transactions.  We see this happen all the time, and then they come to us at the last minute to bail them out, it’s almost our specialty. Capital Market Funding only invites fully licensed, rigorously trained, proven professionals to our firm.  They can arrange any kind of real estate loan, and do it faster and with less hassle than any of the “loan hacks” working at “chop-shops”.  We have over a thousand years of combined experience, and we draw from that daily to execute our tasks perfectly.

We don’t care about the bank, so we’ll put them “through the wringer” if we have to. Capital Market Funding has written contracts with the Specialized Lending Units (SLU’s) of 143 different national lenders, who literally take every loan we will send to them. Our loans never get declined by their “underwriters” because we know what kind of client each lender likes, and none of our clients have ever defaulted on their loan!  They LOVE us from that respect…and when we send them a loan, they know that they have to bring their “A” game to the table. We want our approval THAT DAY, we want our rate locked THAT DAY, and we want the best rate that they offer anyone, locked in THAT DAY!  And if they screw up, we will instantly deliver that very same client file to their competitor THAT DAY.  And when that happens people can get fired THAT DAY! I’ve received calls from their CEO’s begging for forgiveness and continued business, but that is not the way the game is played, our clients have to come first.

Don’t misunderstand, it’s not about being mean, it’s about looking out for our client, many of whom we have worked with for 20 years.  We don’t tolerate mediocrity, because we don’t have to. Think about it, we have thousands of loyal clients who place their trust with us for millions upon millions of dollars of real estate financing every year, and they expect perfection.  For which client are WE allowed to screw up? We have to look out for the client because no one else will…no direct lender truly looks out for the client, and that makes them the enemy of the consumer.

We live in a day and age when ALL BANKS both large and small are required by their Board of Directors, to painfully extract every last penny of profit from their customer.  Most managers at a bank don’t have any personal relationships with their “Profit Centers” (customers).  They do this by hiring unlicensed people, using bait and switch techniques and then hiding many of their fees throughout the transaction. On the other hand, our whole goal in life is to get clients the money they need, when they need it, with low cost and low hassle.  We use fully licensed and fully caring professionals to accomplish this. We provide so much value that our clients return to us again and again, and statistically, they will tell at least 3 friends about our service.

Recently a Special Agent from the FBI asked us to allow them into our back room to “un-officially” train them and learn some of our secrets.  We had to respectfully decline due to confidentiality concerns for our clients.” Miller said. “All we care about is our clients”
