Danville Real Estate is easy to finance!!!

If your business slows down (for any reason), the ability to work with “what you have” is of utmost importance.  Knowing where to go to get good but creative financing is extremely valuable these days.  Luckily, with 20 year experience in Danville, I am the expert and finding ways to put your clients into homes.  DO NOT let your prospects slip through your fingers because they are working with the wrong loan person!

Just look at what I am doing RIGHT NOW…

*NO MONEY DOWN to $650,000 for purchase transactions, great loan selection too.  Don’t believe the hype that it is only available on conforming loan programs!  Credit has to be just OK, not perfect (and 40 year term to keep payments low).  Great for first time homebuyers in our area!

*On the other end of the spectrum, I also have the ability to finance LARGE HOMES with relatively little money down.  For instance I just got a $3,350,000 house financed with just 15% down!!!
