Danville California is awesome, it Rocks! Danville is a great place to live and raise a family. The town has great schools, restaurants, and residents. So good in fact that many people want to live here and that is what keeps prices up. I like Danville quite a bit, and so do the other 42,780 residents.

A mortgage is usually necessary to own a home in Danville. With a average home price of $ 815,518 it would take most people a long time to save that amount of money to buy a modest home here (yes, I am a master of the obvious). That is why people borrow money. They don’t WANT to borrow money, they HAVE to borrow money. I am the CEO of an independent mortgage brokerage and over the last 22 years I have helped thousands of Danville residents borrow the money they needed to reach their goal of owning a home in Danville.

So why a Danville Mortgage Blog? Because most of the mortgage blogs I have seen don’t help homeowners in Danville. So I want to, no, I HAVE to, get some of the knowledge that I have about real estate loans out to our community. I have found that most blogs you come across on the internet are either filled with “canned” content which has nothing to do with us locally, or are filled with the jealous rants of real estate “haters”. Neither are very valuable, useful, or entertaining. My goal is to offer some balance to the subject matter in a real and relevant way.

Here are my self imposed rules for this Blog-O-Mine….the Danville Mortgage Blog will be positive, informative, funny, unique, and honest.
